With five distinct décor styles and a big range of luxury furniture and homewares, this Central Coast based online business is one to watch
Killcare Heights couple Geoff Gazzard and Louise Vangestel live and breathe the world of home styling.
The savvy duo recently launched LuxeHome.Shop, a one-stop online store featuring a range of luxury furniture and homeware sourced from some of Australia’s leading manufacturers and import wholesalers.
Moving to the coast five years ago, Geoff and Louise purchased their dream beach shack with a view to renovating it, and the project has been a labour of love ever since.
“During this process, we redecorated our home with furniture and decor very much with a coastal influence, but we found that no single wholesaler could offer us the variety of selection we wanted,” Louise shares.
“LuxeHome.Shop has been very much born out of our own personal challenges in curating selections that not only cover our tastes but a variety of tastes.”
With enormous choice in furniture, art, lighting, homewares and renovation enhancements, there are five iconic décor styles featured – Hamptons, Hollywood Regency, French Provincial, Modern Scandi and Industrial Warehouse.
“We believe that this range will cover about 90 percent of the market,” Louise adds. “The underlying principle is that whatever style one subscribes to, we at LuxeHome.Shop stand for quality and luxury, not only in terms of product but in service.”
With Geoff ’s background as a furniture wholesaler and Louise’s experience as a corporate executive, the couple look set to achieve some big goals for 2020, despite launching amid the pandemic.
“It turned out to be a great time to launch, with an increased appetite for buying online and making home improvements,” Geoff said.
“The Central Coast is a great location, with more people being able to live regionally and the impending opening up of the Northconnex tunnel will make moving here permanently more viable.”
