When you talk about a good real estate agent, words like ‘professional’ or ‘driven’ often spring to mind, and while those things are certainly a big aspect of the job, it can often be the more humble qualities that appeal to people when they think about buying or selling a home.
Kindness, authenticity and a sense of community are important elements for an all-round successful real estate agent, who can often be seen as a leader or trailblazer in their local region.
CATHY, KIARA & LINDA
At Belle Property Central Coast, it all started with Principal Cathy Baker, who started a real estate office in Killcare in 2015 and has since cemented her place as a market leader in prestige homes.
Over the past five years, Belle Property has seen significant expansion, growing from a Killcare based agency to adding a second team based in Terrigal. Cathy and her team of real, authentic agents will now operate under the name Belle Property Central Coast, and are excited to be able to broaden their property services across the entire region.
On top of winning several prestigious awards and leading the coast as a top-selling agent, Cathy has a passion for supporting local people and small businesses, as well as fundraising for a number of local charities and volunteering efforts.
Killy Cares is a registered, community based charity established by Cathy to draw on the compassion, generosity and expertise that exists within the local Bouddi community, supporting and assisting local residents in times of need. Cathy also organises a yearly event, Belles Bubbles and Boobies – a breast cancer fundraising luncheon.
Cathy loves employing and working with talented individuals helping them embrace their area of property expertise and becoming involved in their individual communities, whether it be through sport, kids or just friendly social experiences with local residents.
Alongside her talented personal assistant Kiara Fardnava and newly appointed buyers concierge Linda Gibbens, Cathy is constantly striving to make a difference, while growing her dynamic team.

An enthusiastic member and volunteer at Macmasters Surf Lifesaving Club, he sponsors numerous activities that benefit both the club and community and he also does a volunteer shift behind the bar at the Surf Club.
Baraka has a great relationship with his clients – one example is Sharyn, a Killcare Heights resident whom he connected with over their mutual love of Samoyed dogs. For the last couple of years, Barak has helped Sharyn buy and sell multiple investment properties.
Baraka is fortunate to have the help of his Personal Assistant, Caitlin Attard, who assists him in all facets of residential property sales.

He has already cemented his presence in the community by joining the North Avoca Boardriders surfing competition and is part of the Surf Life Saving Club and patrol.
A keen surfer, Ben walks his dog on the beach every day in the off leash dog area and says he plans to live in his Lake Street house forever.
With over nine years’ experience in real estate, Ben is very familiar with the property market and North Avoca’s lifestyle and is ready to inject his enthusiasm into a market that he is so passionate about.
Young mum of two Simone Ducrou brings something new and exciting to the Central Coast.
For the last 40 years, her family has owned flagship agencies in real estate hot spots Surry Hills and Newtown – so you could say that Simone has lived and breathed real estate her whole life.
Speaking four languages, she recently returned from a stint in Mexico, working in Playa del Carmen where she set up her own real estate agency.
Her gorgeous kids (5 and 8) attend one of the local primary schools where Simone hopes to get involved in volunteering as a parent. Along with her husband and dog Daisy, she is excited to support homeowners and buyers with interests in Terrigal property.
One of the top real estate agents on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Cathy Bliss recently made a tree change to rural Holgate and is set to focus on the Central Coast acreage market with Belle Property Central Coast.
Cathy’s positivity and enthusiasm is absolutely infectious, yet her solid advice is rooted in the fundamentals of the marketplace – she is completely attuned to the upward and downward changes that can occur in any economic adjustment and has gained solid experience as she worked through the previous GFC.

Both local girls, teamwork, empathy and 100 per cent attention to detail are the core principles of this hardworking team, all of who live and breathe the local lifestyle.
