Partner intro: Belle Property Central Coast
When you talk about a good real estate agent, words like ‘professional’ or ‘driven’ often spring to mind, and while those things are certainly a big aspect of the job, it can often be the more humble qualities that appeal to people when they think about buying or selling a home.
Kindness, authenticity and a sense of community are important elements for an all-round successful real estate agent, who can often be seen as a leader or trailblazer in their local region.
CATHY, KIARA & LINDA
At Belle Property Central Coast, it all started with Principal Cathy Baker, who started a real estate office in Killcare in 2015 and has since cemented her place as a market leader in prestige homes.
Over the past five years, Belle Property has seen significant expansion, growing from a Killcare based agency to adding a second team based in Terrigal. Cathy and her team of real, authentic agents will now operate under the name Belle Property Central Coast, and are excited to be able to broaden their property services across the entire region.
On top of winning several prestigious awards and leading the coast as a top-selling agent, Cathy has a passion for supporting local people and small businesses, as well as fundraising for a number of local charities and volunteering efforts.
Killy Cares is a registered, community based charity established by Cathy to draw on the compassion, generosity and expertise that exists within the local Bouddi community, supporting and assisting local residents in times of need. Cathy also organises a yearly event, Belles Bubbles and Boobies – a breast cancer fundraising luncheon.
Cathy loves employing and working with talented individuals helping them embrace their area of property expertise and becoming involved in their individual communities, whether it be through sport, kids or just friendly social experiences with local residents.
Alongside her talented personal assistant Kiara Fardnava and newly appointed buyers concierge Linda Gibbens, Cathy is constantly striving to make a difference, while growing her dynamic team.
