The coolest spot on Toukley’s main strip, Barber Shop Espresso is a hole-in-the-wall cafe serving up exceptionally good coffee. There’s only a handful of seats in a minimalistic setting because it’s all about the coffee, a fruity Toby’s Estate blend. It doesn’t stay open long or late but Josh is there when it counts.<\/p>\n

The Burrow is exactly like the name suggests: warm, dark and cosy, and the service from hosts Lauren and Luke is friendly and personable. Grab a takeaway Toby’s Estate on your way to visit The Entrance Pelicans, or bypass the busy tourist hub and just grab a flat white on the way up north.<\/p>\n

There’s an awesome foursome\u00a0serving up a good brew on the Long Jetty<\/strong><\/span><\/a> strip. Whether you’re en route to the Entrance or heading south to Sydney, the hardest part is choosing whether to call into Glass Onion, Green Tangerine, Modern Organic<\/span><\/strong><\/a> or Common Ground. We love them all.<\/p>\n Like Minds Avoca<\/p><\/div>\n Freshly ground beans meet freshly grown greens at Like Minds Avoca<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. From their Wyong HQ, the Glee team churns out top notch coffee including\u00a0their now famed\u00a0house blend,\u00a0\u201cThe G<\/span><\/span>oods\u201d. They’ve grown their business to two cafes on the Coast so whether you’re cruising past Erina Heights or through Wyong, you know there’s\u00a0a good\u00a0ole\u2019 cup<\/span><\/span>\u00a0of Joe with your name on it. There’s also loads of other Coastie cafes boasting their beans and brews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n A coffee and a duffin at Village Emporium<\/p><\/div>\n The Village Emporium is a little gem nestled in the Wamberal shops and a perfect highway stop for commuters going north or south. Grand Cru coffee is their bean of choice – it’s a dark and rich brew. Husband and wife team Derek and Trish are leading the charge with cool, creative pastries on the Coast – try a Duffin (a donut muffin hybrid) with your coffee for just $1.<\/p>\n Ooomph cafe at East Gosford<\/p><\/div>\n Helping to put some oomph into each and every day, Ooomph at East Gosford serves up a deliciously smooth flat white. The industrial-style cafe is tucked away in an alley but we’ve never had trouble finding a park when we need to duck in for a coffee.<\/p>\n Takeaway coffee at Jimmy Gs Gosford<\/p><\/div>\n Jimmy G’s is building an empire in Gosford – five cafes and counting. They serve their own “Jimmy G’s” blend, sourced from Guatemala. With fast, personal service, Jimmy G’s baristas are the type who remember your order after the first visit. If you work in the CBD and need a takeaway, head to their Espresso bar and say hello to the effervescent Des, she’s a coffee pro and loves a chat while you wait. Gosford’s\u00a0newly revamped Imperial Centre<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0is the latest place to house the Coastie chain.<\/p>\n Takeaway coffee from The Box, Ettalong<\/p><\/div>\n Widely considered the best cuppa on the Peninsula, punters come from far and wide for a Campos coffee at Coast 175<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Ettalong. Sometimes parking can be tricky but it’s worth persevering to get your weekend fix from one of the most coastal chic cafe’s on the Coast. For a takeaway a smidge\u00a0closer to the water, sister establishment The Box<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0offers convenience in a cup from its seaside kiosk.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a>
