The Boy and the Rose offer bright, flavoursome and utterly addictive acai bowls from their chic set up across the road from North Avoca beach. They don’t lack in size or flavour and are totally ‘grammable with their rainbow toppings. Packed with icey hits, delicious popcorn-like clusters and a sneaky layer of double muesli at the bottom of the bowl, look no further than these lively bowls of wholesome goodness.

The secret is in their name. At Pro Juice, Umina, they are smoothie bowl pros. Their bowls are rich in fruity flavour and packed with antioxidants thanks to lashings of coconut and berries. Grab a takeaway bowl from the West St cafe and kick back on nearby Ocean Beach for a bowl with a view.
